Terms

Last updated September 7, 2026

Short version: the check is free, the results are yours, and we won't pretend they're guarantees.

The free check

The AI visibility audit and the Map Pack grid are offered at no cost, with no obligation, one per business. We may decline to run it for sites outside our service area or for businesses we can't verify are real.

What the results are

They're a snapshot of what Google Maps and AI systems showed at the moment we ran the check. Rankings move, models change, and a competitor can act tomorrow. Treat the results as a starting point for decisions, not a promise about outcomes. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, or revenue, and anyone who does is selling something else.

What we ask of you

• Run the check on a business you own or are authorized to act for.
• Don't use the tool to probe sites at volume, scrape our service, or interfere with it.
• Use the results for your own business. Reselling them isn't permitted.

What's ours

The site, its text, the audit method, and the LogiqFish name and fish mark belong to LogiqFish AI & SEO Marketing. Client logos and reviews shown here belong to those clients and reviewers and appear with their knowledge.

If we work together later

That's a separate agreement with its own terms, signed by both sides. Nothing on this page commits either of us to anything beyond the free check.

Liability

The check is provided as-is. To the extent Florida law allows, we're not liable for decisions you make based on it or for anything that happens to your rankings after. If some part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands.

Governing law

Florida. Disputes go to the courts of Broward County.
